An item I received is faulty what do I do?

If there is however an item that arrives damaged or something is wrong with the item (upon opening only) send us photos to ivybowne@gmail.com with description of how it arrived. Items must be in all original packaging and we will work something out. We cannot compensate you when an item that has been used /worn and goes through natural wear and tear, that is out of our hands.


What do I do if I want to return something?

As of right now we do not accept returned goods. We are a small company that hand makes each order as they are placed so we are unable to give you any type of refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience, besides if you’re not in love with it, give it as a gift!


Do you offer price adjustments?

No, we do not offer price adjustments and we are unable to apply promos, coupons, etc to old orders that have already been placed or fulfilled.


Questions about discount codes and vouchers

Discount codes and vouchers are not combine-able at checkout. All discount codes and vouchers are unique to Fauve Life LLC. and cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. You may not use discount codes and vouchers on old orders or if the orders have already been placed.
Once your order has been placed and is sent to our offices we are not able to apply a code or voucher.


Where can I find Fauve Life products?

Online only! Every now and then we will do pop up shops / trunk shows. Be sure to follow our social media sites to see where we are going to be popping up on the map!


Why does the item I ordered not look exactly like the photo?

Each item from Fauve Life is handmade and mailed to you. With that being said from the swimwear, to the jewelry to the accessories each one will vary in the slightest way. That is just the power of handmade!


How soon will my order ship?

Jewelry / Swim / Beachwear - because these items are made to order there will be a 3-5 day period before you will receive any kind of shipping conformation.

Accessories / Handbags - These items are always in stock (unless marked on back order) they will be shipped 2-3 days after the purchase date.


I just placed my order can I change / edit my order?

As soon as you place your order we are working away so unfortunately we cannot change anything. This includes removing, adding or changing an item or discount code or voucher. Also shipping & billing address, credit card info, shipping method.


How do I care for my swimsuit?

Hand wash with cold water & a mild soap. Do not bleach, use strong detergents or dry clean. Dry flat to keep your Fauve Swim always looking new!


Will tanning oil ruin my bikini top?

Yes! Be careful with your tanning oil, tinted oils will stain, I learned that the hard way!


Why are bikinis going in and out of stock?

Yes, some colors and styles will go out of stock unexpectedly. We make each as the orders come in and can put us out of stock fast, so if you’re loving one, get it!
