Refund policy
Purchases that are personalized, sale items, or custom ordered pieces are all final sales.
If an item arrives damaged we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt, of item with pictures for refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted under the conditions that, the item has no markings and is in resale condition. If there is any marks there is a 20% restocking fee. The buyer must provide the return shipping label - once the product has been received back from the buyer it will be inspected. The buyer must contact Fauve Life LLC.
Regarding items that are either lost or stolen though the post office - this is unfortunately out of our hands and must be taken to your local Post Office to be resolved. We will try to do what we can to help in the search for a package but we cannot send replacement items or a refund at this time. Each item is insured above the amount it is retailed for - therefore covering all purchase costs in the event that an item is lost.
